1. Information we collect about you

The information or data collected by OlaGate is

Information assigned by third party service providers – we may collect information such as your user ID, user name associated with that third-party service providers (e.g., Facebook) as well as any other information you make public using that service. We may also collect information you have authorized the third-party service to share with us.
4. Application information – information related your software usage.
5. Financial Information – information related to completing purchases such as bank account number, account holder name, credit card number etc.
6. Social Information – information related to your social activities (e.g. current employer, current job title, educational background, professional training etc.)
7. Location Information – various types of information on your location (e.g. region, country code, city code, mobile network code, mobile country code, cell identity, IP address, time zone settings, language, longitude and latitude information)

We may disclose your personal information to third party Service Providers in order to conduct business operations and to provide you with specific services that you have requested.

We may share your data internally or with our affiliates and authorized business partners that perform certain services and other business operations for us. We may share certain information with third parties that enable us to provide you the video stories that are most relevant to you.

We may disclose your information to Advertisers and advertising networks that place ads on the Site. These companies may collect information, on a real time basis when you visit the Site (e.g. information about web pages visited). This data is used by them to track your activity across the Site where they display ads and record your activities, so they can show ads that may be relevant to you.

3. Accessing & Updating Information

You may at any time, access, update or modify your personal information or information found to be inaccurate or deficient may be corrected by logging into your account. You may at any time, delete your information by deleting your OlaGate account.

4. Account Closure

If you would like to stop using the platform, you may at any time, delete your information by deactivating/deleting your OlaGate account.

Normally it takes about 90 days to delete an account after account closure, but some information may remain in the backup copies for a reasonable period of time. Please note that content you upload and share on the bookings is owned by you and may remain on the share and be accessible even if you deactivates or terminates the account.

5. Security of the Information

The security of your information or data is important to us. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information or data against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. However, no method of security or storage is cent percent secure. We shall endeavor to use technological means to protect your information or data, however absolute security is not guaranteed.

6. Updates to Privacy Policy

OlaGate reserves the right to review, modify, alter or amend and update thus Privacy policy. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posting on the App or the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
